Ingredients for Rawa dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Chiroti rawa
  • 0.13 cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 tbsp green chillies..chopped & crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp curry leaves..chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves..chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • as required Salt
  • as required hee as required

Directions: Rawa Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the above in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add water & make thin batter.
  • STEP 3.Rest for 15 min.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa..grease well.
  • STEP 5.Splash the batter gently.
  • STEP 6.Smear 1 tsp ghee.
  • STEP 7.Cook on low-med. flame till crisp.
  • STEP 8.Remove & serve hot.
