Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix grated vegetables, gram flour, spices, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and drop spoonfuls of the batter to make pakodas. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and chopped onions. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the yogurt is well blended.
