Ingredients for Chocolate wheel Recipe

  • 1/10 cup biscuit powder/rusk powder
  • 1/5 Tbsp tbs cocoa
  • 0.03 cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp tbs butter
  • 0.40 Tbsp tbs sugar powder
  • 0.03 Tsp ts vanilla essence

Directions: Chocolate Wheel Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a small bowl mix together butter, sugar powder and essence. Mix well and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In another bowl mix together biscuit powder and cocoa. (If using chocolate flavour cake or biscuits then you can leave out cocoa powder )
  • STEP 3.Add milk little by little...only as required to form a soft ball. If ball is sticky(happens when milk added is bit more) refrigerate for 10 min.
  • STEP 4.Take out the ball, place in between 2 plastic sheets and roll with a rolling pin to make 1/4 cm thick sheet.
  • STEP 5.Remove the upper sheet n spread butter-sugar mixture all over. Carefully roll the sheet.
  • STEP 6.Cover the log with plastic sheet n refrigerate for 1 hour. After 1 hour slice the log.
  • STEP 7.Thats it...chocolate wheel ready to eat!!
  • STEP 8.Remaining wheels r to b kept in the fridge always..take them out just before u eat/serve them.
