STEP 1.Wash methi leaves under the running water and chopped them. In a bowl add methi leaves wheat flour, gram flour, green chili, salt, hing, red chilly powder, turmaric powder, ajwain and 1tsp oil mix well. Add sufficient water and make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 5minutes.
STEP 2.Make a medium sized balls from the prepared dough. Make paratha with the help of rolling pin.
STEP 3.Heat iron tawa or non stick pan. Cook paratha using a little oil or ghee. Cook both the sides till the golden spots appear. Make all parantha like this. Serve hot with curd or tomato ketchup.
