Ingredients for Raw mango kheer Recipe

  • 1 pieces Raw mangoes
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1/2 Inch small piece- Alum
  • 1/4 cup Suger
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp 1/2 tsp- saffron strands(soaked in 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Mava

Directions: Raw Mango Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉wash, peel and grate raw mangoes. Keep it in a bowl with piece of alum and 2 glass of water. Cover and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.👉after 2 hours keep grated raw mangoes in a strainer and wash them we'll with hands under the running water. From this method all the sourness gone of raw mangoes. Remove from water and keep it in strainer.
  • STEP 3.👉Boil milk in a kadhai. When it's come to boil reduce heat from high to low . Add washed raw mangoes in milk. Cook on medium flame. Stir continuesly.
  • STEP 4.👉when the kheer starts thickens and the raw mango gets softened add suger, saffron milk and cardamom powder and mix. Add some chopped almond and pistachios.
  • STEP 5.👉remove from heat and cool down completely. Keep it in fridge. Serve chilled raw mango kheer garnish with some chopped nuts.
