Ingredients for Paalak ke pakode Recipe

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 gram besan ( gram flour)
  • as required Salt
  • 2.50 g 5-6- g
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger- green chili chopped
  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder
  • a pinch Hing
  • 1/2 g garam masaala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp White sesame seed
  • as required Oil

Directions: Paalak Ke Pakode Recipe

  • STEP 1.1- in a grinder, grind ginger-green chilly and garlic and make paste. Wash spinach, remove stem and chopped
  • STEP 2.2- in a bowl add chopped spinach, gram flour, garlic-ginger- green chili paste, salt, red chilly powder, garam masaala powder, hing and mix it well
  • STEP 3.3- make cylindrical rolls with hands. Keep it in a steamer and steam it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 4.4- after 20 minutes remove from steamer and cool down in room temperature . Cut it into small pieces.
  • STEP 5.5- Heat oil in a pan and fry all pieces on medium flame till golden brown and crispy. Keep it in a plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds .
  • STEP 6.6- serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
