Ingredients for Kamal kakdi ( lotus stem) ke kabaab. . Recipe

  • 1/2 cup peeled and dicedkamal kakdi(lotus stem)
  • 1/4 cup Chana dal
  • 1 Pieces onion-chopped in round shape
  • 4 g 8-10-g
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger(chopped)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • as required water

Directions: Kamal Kakdi ( Lotus Stem) Ke Kabaab. . Recipe

  • STEP 1.1-place all ingredients except oil in a pressure cooker and cook the stem for 3-4 whistle. Remove from heat.
  • STEP 2.2-after releasing the steam open the lid and let it cool down.
  • STEP 3.3-in a mixer jar grind this cooked mixture and make a smooth paste. Make a round shape kabab from paste.
  • STEP 4.4-heat oil in a pan and cook the prepared Kebabs until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with onion and green chutney.
