Ingredients for Dhania ke aaloo Recipe

  • 1 Cups theme_coriender
  • 2.50 pieces dish_dhania ke aaloo
  • 2 pieces 4-5 pieces
  • 1/2 tsp bunch- fresh coriender leaves
  • 1/4 tsp pieces -potatoes (boiled)
  • as required Salt
  • 1/2 tsp 4-5 pieces
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger(grated)
  • 0.13 tsp tsp- hin
  • as required Salt

Directions: Dhania Ke Aaloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil and peel potatoes and cut into small pieces. Blend coriender leaves, green chili, ginger and hing in a blender and make a fine paste.
  • STEP 2.Put this paste in a bowl. Add salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, black salt and lemon juice and mix. Add potatoes pieces and mix well gently. Sprinkle some chaat masala powder and serve with tea.
