Ingredients for Paalak paneer Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 pieces onion( chopped)
  • 1 pieces tomato-(chopped)
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp arlic
  • 125 gm paneer(cut in cubes)
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seed
  • 1/2 Pieces piece -bay leaf
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp corriender powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp 1) 4 tsp
  • as required water

Directions: Paalak Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.1-wash spinach very well. Boil sufficient water in a pan and add spinach into it. After boiling spinach for 2 minutes remove from heat and wash it in cold water. Now add this in grinder and make puree.
  • STEP 2.2-in mixer jar.grind onion,tomatoes,ginger,green chilli and garlic and make puree.
  • STEP 3.3-Heat oil in a kadhai. Add bay leaf and cumin seeds and crackled. Add onion-tomatoes puree and saute for 2 minutes. Add spinach puree and saute. Now add cumin powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix everything well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • STEP 4.4-in another pan heat 2 tsp oil and fry paneer cubes for a minute and add this in spinach gravy. Cook for a minute and off the flame. Serve palak paneer with roti or rice as your choice.
