5 Pieces idlies
0.5 cup Boiled and mashed potatoes
0.25 g Beetroot ( grated )
0.25 g Carrot ( grated )
0.25 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 g finely chopped green chillies
0.5 tsp jeera powder
0.5 tsp Red chilli powder
to taste salt according to taste

STEP 1.Crumble the idlies with hand.
STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 3.Take a small portion of it and make any desired shape.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs.
STEP 5.Transfer on an oil absorbing paper.
STEP 6.Serve with chutney / ketchup.
