Dal kebab (lentil kebab) Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Dal kebab, also known as lentil kebab, is a popular vegetarian appetizer in Indian cuisine. Made with a mixture of lentils, spices, and herbs, these kebabs are flavorful and nutritious. The lentils are soaked, cooked, and then mashed to form a dough-like consistency. The mixture is then shaped into patties and shallow-fried until golden brown. Dal kebabs are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making them a perfect snack or starter for any occasion.
