STEP 1.1- Wash coriander green chilly n ginger . In a grinder add all the other ingredients and make a fine paste .Add salt n lemon juice. Keep it in a bowl .
STEP 2.2- in a cooker add potatoes and water and cook.. Let them cool .
STEP 3.3- Keep the fresh washed green peas to boil in a sauce pan .Add 1/4 tsp sugar so that green colour of green peas is intact .Boil for only 3to 4 mins till peas gets tender
STEP 4.Donot over boil peas.
STEP 5.4-Once peas get boiled strain the excess water n wash the peas under the cold water .Keep aside
STEP 6.5-Once potatoes gets totally cooled peel them n cut in thick pieces.
STEP 7.6-Heat 1 tbs oil in pan. Add green peas. Stir them for 2 min .Add salt ,.Stir for a Min.add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder,1/2 tsp chaat masala,1/4 tsp garam masala and mix every thing we'll .remove from heat.
STEP 8.7-Heat 2 tbs oil in pan or kadai and Add potatoes pieces on heated oil saute and Add salt. Turn the potatoes up side down at intervals so that gets crispy from all sides .Add green chilly slits n ginger juliens n cook for 2 min . cook till they turns crispy .
STEP 9.8- Now add 1/4 tsp red chilly powder ,1/2 tsp,cumin powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala and stir till spices gets mix with potatoes .Lastly add lemon juice .
STEP 10.9-Now lets serve the spicy AlooMatar ki chaat .
STEP 11.Put the peas on serving dish ..Place the crispy potatoes on it .Spread spicy green Chutney on it. Apply some imli chutney .you can skip imli chutney as your choice . Sprinkle some fresh coriander on chaat . add green chilly chopped and ginger juliens if u want more spicy .
