Eat Healthy and Stay Healthy. Beetroots are packed with essential nutrients. Beetroots are great source of fiber,manganese,iron,potassium and vitamin C. Curd improves immunity and good for stronger bones and teeth.
STEP 1.Wash the beetroot nicely and pressure cook it till 3 whistles.
STEP 2.Remove and let it cool.
STEP 3.Peel the skin and grate it.
STEP 4.In a bowl take curd and add grated beetroot.
STEP 5.In a pan take 1 tsp ghee and on slow flame saute the walnuts till nice crisp.
STEP 6.Do not over roast as it will become bitter.
STEP 7.Cool and chop into pieces and add to curd mixture.
STEP 8.Add salt to taste and jeera powder.
STEP 9.Garnish with mint leaves.
STEP 10.Serve chilled.
STEP 11.If u want u can give a tadka of rai and green chillies.
