Ingredients for Pyaaz Besan Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Onions
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1 Pieces reen chillies finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp jeera ( cumin seeds)
  • 1/4 tsp rai ( mustard seeds)
  • 1/4 inch Grated ginger
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Besan
  • 1 tbsp 2-3 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander

Directions: Pyaaz Besan Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Dry roast besan on low flame till u get a nice aroma and it slightly changes in colour, Remove in a bowl and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Chop the onions into big pieces.
  • STEP 3.Slice the tomatoes and keep.
  • STEP 4.In a kadai take oil and add rai, jeera and as it crackles add grated ginger and chopped chillies.
  • STEP 5.Add onions and saute on high flame till it slightly turns pinkish.
  • STEP 6.Add salt to taste and all masalas and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Then add sliced tomatoes and saute on high flame for 5 mins till tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 8.Then add roasted besan and mix well and cook for 3-4 mins on slow flame.
  • STEP 9.Off the gas.. and garnish with chopped coriander.
  • STEP 10.Serve hot with chapati
