Ingredients for Spicy Potato Sabzi Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Medium sized onions finely chopped
  • 1.50 pieces medium sized boiled potatoes chopped into small
  • 1.50 g reen chillies
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai)
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp chaat masala Or aamchur powder
  • 0.13 tsp Haldi powder
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • Handful Some finely chopped coriander or mint (optional)
  • 1 tbsp 2- 3 tbsp

Directions: Spicy Potato Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a kadai take oil and add mustard seeds and slit green chillies and as it crackles add finely chopped onions and saute on high flame till it slightly changes in colour.
  • STEP 2.Add finely chopped boiled potatoes, salt, chaat masala, kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well and cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  • STEP 3.Open the lid and mix well and garnish with coriander.. Off the gas..
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with Dal rice, Chapati Or Puri...
