Ingredients for Egg Masala Recipe

  • 1.50 g Boiled eggs
  • 1 Pieces Onions finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces reen chillies finely chopped ( adjust as per taste)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste ( optional)
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 2.75 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • handful Of chopped coriander

Directions: Egg Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs and peel and let it cool.
  • STEP 2.Chop into small pieces and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In a kadai add oil and add finely chopped onions and saute till slightly changes in colour.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few seconds and add finely chopped tomatoes and all masalas and mix well and cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins till tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add 2-3 spoons of water to it and let it cook so tomatoes becomes mushy.
  • STEP 6.Add chopped boiled eggs, salt to taste and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Lastly add chopped coriander and serve with chapati..
  • STEP 8.Yummy and tasty egg masala is ready..
