Ingredients for Methi Aloo Recipe

  • 0.67 cups fresh methi finely chopped
  • 1.33 pieces potatoes chopped into medium
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 0.67 g reen chillies chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Haldi powder
  • 0.08 tsp Garm masala powder
  • A Pinch Little amchur powder

Directions: Methi Aloo Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a kadai take oil and half fry the potatoes ( till they get red spots on it).
  • STEP 2.In the same pan add green chilies,chopped methi and saute for 2 mins till water dries.
  • STEP 3.Add half fried potatoes to methi, add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Mix everything well. Cover and cook on low flame till potatoes turn soft and water dries completely. Serve hot with Roti.
