Ingredients for Schezwan Paneer Recipe

  • 66.67 gms Paneer
  • 0.33 g reen Capsicum chopped into cubes
  • 0.17 Pieces Red Bell Pepper Chopped into cubes
  • 0.17 Pieces Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped into cubes
  • 0.33 g Big onion chopped into cubes
  • 1 Pieces Tomatoes puree
  • 1 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Directions: Schezwan Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add oil and saute the cubed onions first for 3-4 mins on high flame and remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan saute capsicum and Bell peppers also on high flame for 2-3 mins and remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil and add tomato puree and cook till 5-7 mins on medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Add schezwan sauce and salt to taste and mix well and let it cook for 2 mins.
  • STEP 5.Then add sauted onions, capsicum and Bell peppers and chopped paneer pieces and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Cook for 2-3 mins.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with chapati or naan...
  • STEP 8.Tangy and spicy paneer is ready..
