Ingredients for Mix Veg Recipe

  • 0.67 Pieces big carrots chopped
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes chopped
  • 0.33 Pieces big capsicum chopped
  • 0.33 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 0.17 cup Green peas
  • 0.67 Pieces Big tomatoes chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1.83 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Haldi powder
  • 0.08 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.08 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.08 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped corainder

Directions: Mix Veg Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop all veggies into medium pieces.
  • STEP 2.Take a kadai and add oil and add all veggies.
  • STEP 3.Add salt to taste and all masalas.
  • STEP 4.Mix everything well.
  • STEP 5.Cover it with a lid and cook on low flame. Keep some water on the lid.
  • STEP 6.Cook till potatoes are soft.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped corainder.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with roti.
