Aloo Gobhi curry is quite popular in some parts of India..
I have just made a lil change to give a new tadte & colour to the recipe..

Ingredients For Aloo Gobhi in White Gravy.. Recipe
8 Pieces pc small potato
8 g pc med sized gobhi florets
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Butter
4 Pieces pc choti elaichi
1 Pieces pc dalchini
1 tsp Garlic paste
0.5 tsp Ginger paste
1 cup Gravy Masala....a)
15 Pieces b)
8 g c)
1 tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp Dhania powder
2 tbsp whisked dahi
to taste Salt
0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp Fresh cream
Directions : Aloo Gobhi in White Gravy.. Recipe
STEP 1.Take a pan , add 2 tbsp oil, add aloo & gobhi , stir fry it until light brown . Keep aside.
STEP 2.Now take a wok , add oil & butter , heat it .
STEP 3.Add in elaichi & dalchini, saute it for a minute.
STEP 4.Add ginger garlic paste , also add very lil water to avoid burning, saute it until rawness is released .
STEP 5.Meanwhile boil all the ingredients of gravy masala , cool them , grind it to a fine paste.
STEP 6.Now add gravy paste in the masala, stir it
STEP 7.add lil water , mix it well.
STEP 8.Cover it with the lid , lower the flame , cook it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 9.Open the lid , increase the flame , add in pepper powder & dhania powder , mix it well.
STEP 10.Add dahi & salt , mix it well . Cook it covered on low flame until oil has surfaced.
STEP 11.Open the lid , add garam masala powder & fresh cream , mix it well .
STEP 12.Cover it again , cook it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 13.Open the lid now , add fried aloo & gobhi , stir fry it for a minute .
STEP 14.Add 1.5 cup boiled water , mix it well.
STEP 15.Transfer it into a pressure cooker , place the lid , give 3 whistles on high flame .
STEP 16.Turn off the flame , allow it to depressurise naturally .
STEP 17.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with a dhania leaf.
STEP 18.Can be served along with Roti or Paratha ..
