Ingredients for Paneer Manchurian... Recipe

  • 83.33 gm Paneer diced
  • 0.17 cup maida
  • 0.67 tbsp Corn flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.17 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.17 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.67 As Required Oil for frying
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Grated garlic
  • 0.33 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1 g reen chilli chopped finely
  • 1 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped spring onion
  • 0.33 tbsp Finely chopped onion
  • 0.33 cup Diced green capsicum
  • 0.33 cup Diced onion
  • 0.67 tsp Schezwan chutney
  • 0.67 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.67 tsp Tomato ketchup
  • 0.67 tsp Corn flour
  • 0.17 cup water
  • A Pinch Lil salt
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper powder

Directions: Paneer Manchurian... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add maida & corn flour, mix it well .
  • STEP 2.Now add all the given ingredients , mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Add water slowly slowly , mix well till smooth & pouring consistency, keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it . Coat paneer pcs nicely with the batter , drop in the hot oil . Deep fry them until light brown . Make all the paneer pcs in the same manner , keep aside . Now take another wok , add oil , heat it , turn off the flame . Add ginger garlic , saute it for a sec . In goes onion & green chilli , saute it for a minute . Turn on the flame , add red chilli ( broken into halves ) , cook it for a sec . In goes diced onion & capsicum , mix well . Stir fry it for a minute . Now add all the sauces one by one , mix it well . Add lil water , cook it for a minute . Add salt & black pepper powder , mix it well . Mix corn flour with water , make slurry , add in the masala , mix it . Cook it till a lil thick . Now add fried paneer pcs , stir it nicely . In goes few onion greens & chopped dhania patta . Turn off the flame , take out in a serving bowl . Can be served along with any Fried Rice...
