Ingredients for Onion Pakodas... Recipe

  • 1 g Large onion sliced
  • 1 g reen chilli chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup besan ( adjustable)
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.13 tsp Ginger paste
  • As Required Pinch of ajwain
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • As Required Some chopped dhania patta
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Onion Pakodas... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixing bowl , add onion & green chilli .
  • STEP 2.Now add besan , salt & ajwain , mix it well . Add lil water, mix it nicely. Add more besan if the batter is thin.
  • STEP 3.Now add all the ingredients one by one, mix it well.
  • STEP 4.In goes dhania patta, mix it thoroughly. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
  • STEP 6.Moderate the flame , drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil , deep fry them until light brown .
  • STEP 7.Take out on an absorbent paper , plate it.
  • STEP 8.Can be served along with green chutney or dip.
  • STEP 9.A good Monsoon Tea Time Snack..
