Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks Curry.. Recipe

  • 2.50 g chicken leg pcs
  • 2 tbsp For Marination....a)
  • 1/2 tsp b)
  • 1/4 tsp c)
  • 1/4 tsp d)
  • 1/2 tsp e)
  • 1 tsp f)
  • 1/2 tsp G)
  • 1/4 tsp h)
  • 1/2 tbsp i)
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Pieces pc tejpatta
  • 1/2 Pieces pc dalchini
  • 1/2 tsp Grated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Boiled onion paste
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 5 Pieces kaju
  • 5 Pieces Badam
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Chicken Drumsticks Curry.. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly make gashes on the leg pcs . Add in a mixing bowl .
  • STEP 2.Now add all the given ingredients of marination one by one , add lil salt also , mix it well . Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • STEP 3.Take a wok , add oil , heat it . Add tejpatta & dalchini , saute it for a minute .
  • STEP 4.In goes ginger garlic , saute it until rawness is released . Add onion paste now .
  • STEP 5.Add lil water , cook it until pink .
  • STEP 6.Meanwhile take a grinder jar add tomato , soaked kaju & badam , grind it to a fine paste .
  • STEP 7., Add in the masala , mix it well . Also add green chilli paste & salt , stir fry it until oil has oozed out .
  • STEP 8.Now add marinated chicken leg pcs , stir it for a minute . Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until chicken is almost cooked.
  • STEP 9.Open the lid , increase the flame , stir fry it until a lil dry .
  • STEP 10.Add ghee now , stir fry it for a minute .
  • STEP 11.Now add 1 cup boiled water , mix it well .
  • STEP 12.Give a boil . Cover it again , cook it on low flame until gravy becomes a lil thick .
  • STEP 13.U can keep the gravy as per your choice ...thick or thin .
  • STEP 14.Turn off the flame , open the lid after 5 minutes.
  • STEP 15.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
  • STEP 16.Can be served along with Tandoori Roti , Nan or Lachcha Paratha..
