Ingredients for Jeera Tori or Ridge Gourd... Recipe

  • 166.67 gm Tori
  • 0.33 tsp Mustard oil
  • 0.08 tsp tsp hin
  • 0.17 tsp Zeera
  • 1 g pcs green chilli slitted
  • 0.33 As Required pc onion sliced
  • 0.17 tsp Haldi powder
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Jeera Tori Or Ridge Gourd... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the tori , cut into roundals , wash them , keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Take a pressure cooker , add oil , heat it .
  • STEP 3.Now add green chilli , stir it .
  • STEP 4.Add tori & onion together, stir fry it for a minute .
  • STEP 5.Now add haldi powder & salt , mix it well .
  • STEP 6.Add 1 tbsp water , mix it well.
  • STEP 7.Place the lid , give 4 whistles on high flame .
  • STEP 8.Lower the flame , cook it for 7 minutes.
  • STEP 9.Turn off the flame , allow it to depressurise naturally .
  • STEP 10.Take out in a serving bowl , garnish it with chopped dhania patta .
  • STEP 11.A good combo with rice ...
