Ingredients for Shahi Tukda .. Recipe

  • 1 Pieces pc white bread
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 0.38 cup Sugar
  • 0.13 tsp Elaichi powder
  • as required hee as required
  • 1/2 cup For Rabri....a)
  • 3/4 tbsp b)
  • 1/2 tbsp c)
  • as required Saffron
  • 0.13 tsp gulab jal

Directions: Shahi Tukda .. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly trim the sides of the bread slices , cut them diagonally , keep aside .
  • STEP 2.Take a pan , add milk & sugar , mix it well .
  • STEP 3.Add saffron & elaichi powder , mix it well .
  • STEP 4.Cook it until a lil thick . Turn off the flame , keep aside . Chashni is ready .
  • STEP 5.Take a wok , add good amount of ghee , heat it .
  • STEP 6.Moderate the flame , deep fry the bread slices until light brown , keep aside .
  • STEP 7.Dip the fried slices into the milk chadhni for a minute .
  • STEP 8.Take out in a dish , keep aside .
  • STEP 9.Now take another pan , add milk , boil it .
  • STEP 10.Lower the flame , add condensed milk , mix it well .
  • STEP 11.Now add milk powder slowly slowly , keep stirring , cook it until a lil thick .
  • STEP 12.Add gulab jal , give a stir .
  • STEP 13.Turn off the flame , ur rabri is ready .
  • STEP 14.Spread rabri onto the slices , also sprinkle some chopped nuts & elaichi powder .
  • STEP 15.Serve it chilled..
