#Fried Easy to make spring rolls has lits of veggies and spriuts to make it healthy .The wrap is made with a mixture of wheatflour and maida and milk to make it more nutritious.
STEP 2.Mix wheat flour ,maida ,salt and add milk gradually to make a thin batter.
STEP 3.The batter should be thin so that we can swirl it in a pan to make thin sheets .
STEP 4.Approximately 12-13 sheets can be made .
STEP 5.Heat a non stick pan .rub it with little oil and and wipe.
STEP 6.Make sure the pan is not very hot .
STEP 7.Pour one ladfle of batter and immediately swirl to make a thin sheet.
STEP 8.Remove excess batter by tilting the pan.
STEP 9.Just heat it .
STEP 10.Remove the sheet and keep aside to cool.
STEP 11.In a pan poyr 1 tbsp oil.
STEP 12.Put garlic,ginger and green chilly and spring onion and saute.
STEP 13.Add the chopped onion and saute.
STEP 14.Now add carrot ,beans,sweet corn,cabbage ,and finally capsicum and zucchini.saute for 1-2 mts.
Do not over cook .add the sauces,salt and pepper.
Mix.keep aside
STEP 15.Take a sheet .put 2 tbsp veggies on one end.
STEP 16.Fold once.
STEP 17.Then fold the sudes and fix it with maida slurry.
STEP 18.Roll again and seal the edges.
STEP 19.Dip in maida slurry and roll in fine bread crumbs
STEP 20.Heat oil .and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve with chilly mayonise or green chutney.
