Lots of vegetables loaded in the sweetness of onion and the tanginess of tomato combined with spices and the slilkiness of fresh cream is a delicious dish for the indian breads like roti ,Naan and Paratha and a side dish for rice
STEP 2.Dry roast the masala and cool and powder coarsely .
STEP 3.Cut one onion to petals.
STEP 4.Cut capsicum to cubes
STEP 5.Dry roast kasoori methi and crush with hand.keep aside.
STEP 6.Heat 1-2 tbsp oil and saute vegetables seperately.put 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1/4 tsp red chilly powder and salt mix.keep aside.
STEP 7.Saute capsicum and onions .keep aside.
STEP 8.Add the rest of the oil and put jeera and red chilly. Add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.add ginger garlic paste and add 1 tsp water and saute.cook till oil seperates.
STEP 9.Add tomato puree and mix and cook till oil seperates.Add fried vegetables and mix.cook on medium heat.Add the ground masala and 2-3 tbsp water mix.cook covered for 10 mts stirring in between.
STEP 10.Remove lid and add capsicum and onions.
STEP 11.Mix and cook for a minute.
STEP 12.Add kasoori methi and garam masala and fresh cream.
STEP 13.Switch off gas and add corriander leaves.
