Ingredients for Ripe banana and pitato fritters Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Ripe banana
  • 1/4 Pieces Potato
  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 0.13 cup Idli batter
  • 0.06 tsp Yellow colour
  • A Pinch Salt .a pinch
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar
  • A Pinch Baking soda .a pinch
  • 1.38 cups Oil

Directions: Ripe Banana And Pitato Fritters Recipe

  • STEP 1.To maida add all the ingredients to make a batter .add water and make a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Peel the banana and cut to rounds .
  • STEP 3.Same way peel potato and cut to rounds.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil .Dip the cut pieces of banana and potato and fry pon medium flame till golden and crispy .
  • STEP 5..serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
