1/4 Pieces Ripe banana
1/4 Pieces Potato
1/4 cup maida
0.13 cup Idli batter
0.06 tsp Yellow colour
A Pinch Salt .a pinch
1/4 tbsp Sugar
A Pinch Baking soda .a pinch
1.38 cups Oil
Directions: Ripe Banana And Pitato Fritters Recipe
STEP 1.To maida add all the ingredients to make a batter .add water and make a thick batter.
STEP 2.Peel the banana and cut to rounds .
STEP 3.Same way peel potato and cut to rounds.
STEP 4.Heat oil .Dip the cut pieces of banana and potato and fry pon medium flame till golden and crispy .
STEP 5..serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
