2 cups Cucumber cubes
10 pieces Drumstick
2 Pieces Tomato
2 Cups Coconut grated
1/2 cup Dal
1 tsp jeera
2 Pieces green chilly (hari mirch)
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
to taste • Salt to taste
4 Pieces Shallots
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
Sprig Curry leaves

STEP 1.Ctake cucumber and drumsticks in a vessel and add turmeric and salt and red chilly and cook adding 1/2 cup water.when cooked add tomato cut to cubes
STEP 2.Grind coconut,shallots,jeera to a smooth paste.
STEP 3.Add this to the cooked veggies and cook till it boils .lower flame and cook for a minute.
STEP 4.Switch off gas .
STEP 5.In a pan heat oil.
STEP 6.Put mustard.when it crackles add methi seeds and red chilly and curry leaves.
STEP 7.Pour this on curry and close the lid.
STEP 8.Mix before serving.
