This easy to cook recipie is made with poha and roasted chana dal Powder..An evening snack easy to prepare..served with green chutney or Tomato sauce..
STEP 2.Wash and soak poha in ¼ cup water. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Heat oil put jeera, green chili and put this in poha
STEP 4.To this add chopped onion, roasted chana dal powder, chopped coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and chat masala.
STEP 5.Mix everything into a soft dough. Divide to equal parts and make rolls.
STEP 6.Deep fry the rolls till golden brown.
STEP 7.Serve with green chutney and salad.
