Ingredients for Poha Rolls Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Thick poha
  • 3.33 tablespoons roasted chana dal powder
  • 16.67 g Onion
  • 0.67 Tbsp Coriander
  • 0.33 teaspoon jeera
  • 0.33 g Green chili chopped
  • 0.33 teaspoon Oil
  • 0.67 Pinches Red chili powder
  • A Pinch Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Chat masala
  • 0.33 Cups Oil to fry
  • 0.33 cup Coriander
  • 0.33 cup Pudina
  • A Stalk String spring onion
  • A Few Garlic
  • 2.67 Pieces Badam
  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.33 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.33 As Required Green chilies
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 4 g Ice cubes to grind

Directions: Poha Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method –
  • STEP 2.Wash and soak poha in ¼ cup water. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil put jeera, green chili and put this in poha
  • STEP 4.To this add chopped onion, roasted chana dal powder, chopped coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and chat masala.
  • STEP 5.Mix everything into a soft dough. Divide to equal parts and make rolls.
  • STEP 6.Deep fry the rolls till golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Serve with green chutney and salad.
