STEP 1.Dry roast the corriander seeds,urad dal,jeera,and pepper corn seperately and grind to a coarse powder.
STEP 2.Wash and peel the potatoes and cut to cubes.
STEP 3.Boil water and cook the potato to 80%.
STEP 4.Drain and keep aside.
STEP 5.Chop the capsicum.
STEP 6.Chop the onion and garlic.
STEP 7.Heat oil in a pan
STEP 8.Add jeera.
STEP 9.Add onion and saute till translucent.Add garlic and curry leaves and saute.
STEP 10.Add turmeric powder and mix.
STEP 11.Add the cooked potato and saute on high flame .when the water is dried ,add capsicum and stir fry for a while.Add salt and check seasoning.
STEP 12.Finally add 2 tsp of the ground masala and mix nicely.
STEP 13.The potato capsicum fry is ready to serve.
