STEP 2.Wash Poha 2-3 times. Soak with little water for 5 min or until soft.
STEP 3.Take a mixing bowl, add soaked poha & Soaked Saboodana. Mash it well. Add boiled & mashed potato & all ingredients. Mix together properly.
STEP 4.Heat oil in a tempering pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves until crackle. Add the tempering into the saboodana, poha mixture. Mix together properly.
STEP 5.Grease hand with some Oil, take some portions & make vadas.
STEP 6.Heat 1 tsp of oil into each holes of the Appe pan. Put all prepared vardas. Cover & cook both sides on medium flame until golden brown & crisp.
STEP 7.Enjoy this Saboodana Poha Vada with coconut peanut chutney or any Dips.
