  • 1/4 Cup Soya granuales
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 0.13 cup Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 0.13 cup Roasted Besan
  • 1/4 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 0.06 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 0.06 tsp Mace powder
  • 0.13 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • a pinch Hing
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 3/4 Pieces reen Cardamoms pods
  • 0.13 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 0.13 cup Boiled onion paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Boiled cashew paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Boiled Almond paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Boiled melon seeds paste
  • 0.06 cup Smooth yoghurt
  • 1/4 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.06 cup Fresh coconut milk
  • 1.25 Pieces Saffron petals
  • 1/2 tbsp Hot milk
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder

Directions: Shahi Soya Malai Kofta In Appe Pan #bsk #slurrpb7k1 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak Soya granuales into hot water for 15 min.
  • STEP 2.Soak Saffron petals into hot milk for 30 min.
  • STEP 3.Squeeze out all water from granuales & put into a mixing bowl. Add mashed potatoe, chopped ginger, garlic, white pepper powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder, chopped green chillies, roasted besan, ghee & salt to taste. Mix it up. Grease your hand with some ghee & prepare some kofta balls from the mixture.
  • STEP 4.Heat a appe pan, add 1 tsp of melted ghee in every holes of the pan. Now put kofta balls in every holes. Cover and cook both side on medium flame until golden brown. Kofta balls are ready & keep aside.
  • STEP 5.For gravy, heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add Hing, caraway seeds, cinnamon, Cardamoms, bay leaves & let it crackle. Now add garlic paste, ginger paste, fry for 2 min.
  • STEP 6.Add boiled onion paste, cashew paste, Almond paste, melon seeds paste & cook until ghee separate from masala.
  • STEP 7.Add smooth yoghurt & honey cook for 5 min.
  • STEP 8.Add 1/4 cup water & soaked Saffron milk. Cover & cook for 5 min.
  • STEP 9.Finally add Coconut milk & garam masala & cook for 2 min.
  • STEP 10.Now switch off the flame & keep it standing time for 5 min. Gravy is ready
  • STEP 11.Now in a serving platter, pour some gravy & place prepared Koftas in the gravy. Serve with Polau or Naan.
