Ingredients for Sabudana Poha Vada Recipe

  • 0.13 cup saboodana
  • 1/4 cup poha
  • 1/2 tbsp Oats flour
  • 1/4 cup Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
  • 0.06 cup Grated carrots
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.06 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Roasted crushed cumin seeds
  • 0.06 cup Roasted crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • A Few Chopped Curry leaves few
  • 0.13 tsp Dry mango powder
  • 0.06 cup Fresh scraped coconut
  • 0.06 cup Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil

Directions: Sabudana Poha Vada Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash & soak saboodana for atleast 6 hrs.
  • STEP 2.Wash Poha 2-3 times. Soak with little water for 5 min or until soft.
  • STEP 3.Take a mixing bowl, add soaked poha & Soaked Saboodana. Mash it well. Add boiled & mashed potato & all ingredients. Mix together properly.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a tempering pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves until crackle. Add the tempering into the saboodana, poha mixture. Mix together properly.
  • STEP 5.Grease hand with some Oil, take some portions & make vadas.
  • STEP 6.Heat 1 tsp of oil into each holes of the Appe pan. Put all prepared vardas. Cover & cook both sides on medium flame until golden brown & crisp.
  • STEP 7.Enjoy this Saboodana Poha Vada with coconut peanut chutney or any Dips.
