  • 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg whites
  • 0.06 cup Sugar powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Almond powder
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 0.06 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.13 cup Dark chocolate
  • As Required For Ganishing Colour full sprinkler for garnising

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl beat egg whites & sugar powder with a electric beater until foamy texture, add vanilla essence & baking powder & beat for a min. After that add Desiccated Coconut, Almond powder mix with a spatula through 'cut & fold method'. Mixture should be like cookie dough.
  • STEP 2.Take some small portion of dough, put into a small katori & press slightly, then upside down the katori and tab slightly into a baking tray & the mixture will come out from the katori. Make all of Macaroons followed by same process.
  • STEP 3.Place the baking tray into a pre-heated Oven & bake at 180°c for 15 min. After that bake at 200°c for another 10 min. or until turns into golden brown. Take out & place all macaroons on high rack until Cool completely.
  • STEP 4.Melt dark chocolate, dip 1/4 portion of the base of macaroons & keep into a plate. Spread some melted dark chocolate all over the macaroons & sprinkle some colourful Sprinklers on top. Keep aside for atleast 30 min. Store into a Air tight container.
