A sweet little desi twist to regular veg or chicken patty burger. And instead of mayonnaise my twist is i have used curd dip which is actually eaten with sabudana vadas in maharashtra.

  • 1 medium sized, boiled potatoes
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1.50-2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required Salt
  • As required Oil/ghee to deep fry
  • 1/2 Shredded carrorts
  • As required To make pickled cabbage
  • 1/2 Shredded cabbage small bowl
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • As required To make curd dip
  • 1/2 cup Mint coriander chutney
  • 3 curds spoons
  • 1/4 cup Crushed Peanuts
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin Powder
  • 1 Burger buns
