STEP 1.Dry roast besan on low flame till u get a nice aroma and it slightly changes in colour, Remove in a bowl and keep aside.
STEP 2.Chop the onions into big pieces.
STEP 3.Slice the tomatoes and keep.
STEP 4.In a kadai take oil and add rai, jeera and as it crackles add grated ginger and chopped chillies.
STEP 5.Add onions and saute on high flame till it slightly turns pinkish.
STEP 6.Add salt to taste and all masalas and mix well.
STEP 7.Then add sliced tomatoes and saute on high flame for 5 mins till tomatoes are soft.
STEP 8.Then add roasted besan and mix well and cook for 3-4 mins on slow flame.
STEP 9.Off the gas.. and garnish with chopped coriander.
STEP 10.Serve hot with chapati
