Pyaz besan ki sabzi is a Rajasthani delicacy made by adding roasted gram flour to cooked Onions and is loaded with spices such as red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.This is a spicy Indian curry is made with two types of onions, gram flour, and spices. This goes well with any type of rice, roti or paratha.

- 1/4 cup gram flour
- 2 No.s sliced onions
- 1 No.s chopped tomato
- 1 No.s chopped green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- As required Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander

How to Make Pyaz Besan Ki Sabzi Recipe
STEP 01
Dry roast gram flour for 2 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 02
2 take out the roasted flour on a plate.
STEP 03
3 in a pan add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and cook for a few seconds.
STEP 04
4 add green chillies and onions. Cook for 3 minutes.
STEP 05
5 add spices and stir fry for a minute.
STEP 06
6 put tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 07
7 now add roasted flour and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 08
8 finally add garam masala and chopped coriander to your sabzi.
