STEP 1.1- start with boiling the chole. Soak the chole in sufficient water overnight. After soaking add them to the pressure cooker along with 2 cup of water, 1/2 tsp salt and bay leaf.
STEP 2.2- Bring to 2 whistles and then let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame . Heat oil in a pan. Add hing and cumin seed. After crackled the cumin seed add chopped green chili and onions. Saute till onions gets softened. Add ginger- garlic paste and saute.
STEP 3.3- add chopped tomatoes and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Add all dry spices and cook on medium flame. Cook till oil separates from spices.
STEP 4.4- add cooked chole into it. Mash the chole with spatula a little bit. Coo for another 5 minutes on medium flame . Off the flame and serve hot chole with kulcha garnish with coriander leaves.
