#snack This is a very yummy snack made using green moong..Quick, crunchy and tasty bhajia made using moong..Bhajia is one of the most enjoyed tea time snack.
STEP 1.Wash and soak the green moong for atleast 4 hrs.
STEP 2.Drain the water and grind it along with ginger to a coarse paste and remove in a bowl.
STEP 3.Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chillies, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
STEP 4.Add rava and mix well.
STEP 5.Keep oil for frying..
STEP 6.Take some batter and deep fry till nice golden in colour.
STEP 7.Slit the chillies also and deep fry and remove nad sprinkle salt.
STEP 8.Serve hot bhajias with a cup of tea..
