  • 1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Other Green Leafy Vegetables, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 2.25 Lic Cloves, Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon

Directions: Green Bhaji Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the green leafy vegetables, including spinach, fenugreek leaves, and any other greens of your choice.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and chopped garlic. Saute until the garlic turns golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the chopped greens to the pan and cook until they wilt. Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan and let the bhaji cook on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 5.Once the greens are cooked, squeeze some lemon juice over the bhaji and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with roti or rice.
