Ingredients for Green Moong Bhajia Recipe

  • 0.33 cup cup green moon
  • 1.33 Pieces 4-5 G
  • 0.33 Inch Small piece of ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Rava (semolina)
  • 0.33 tsp ajwain
  • 0.67 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion finely chopped
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • A Handful Few green chillies for frying

Directions: Green Moong Bhajia Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the green moong for atleast 4 hrs.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and grind it along with ginger to a coarse paste and remove in a bowl.
  • STEP 3.Add finely chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chillies, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
  • STEP 4.Add rava and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Keep oil for frying..
  • STEP 6.Take some batter and deep fry till nice golden in colour.
  • STEP 7.Slit the chillies also and deep fry and remove nad sprinkle salt.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot bhajias with a cup of tea..
