  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash green vegetables like spinach, peas, and beans.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and pav bhaji masala.
  • STEP 4.Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Add the mashed green vegetables and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add salt, lemon juice, and butter. Cook for a few more minutes.
  • STEP 7.Toast the pav with butter and serve hot with the green bhaji.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add other green vegetables like fenugreek leaves or coriander leaves for more flavor.
  • Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
  • Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and chopped onions on top.
