STEP 1.. *Make the dough:* Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Gradually add lukewarm water and mix until a soft dough forms. Add olive oil and knead for 5-7 minutes. Cover and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
STEP 2.2. *Prepare the egg bhurji:* Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add diced tomato and cook until soft. Crack in eggs and scramble them with the onion-tomato mixture. Season with salt to taste.
STEP 3.3. *Assemble the pizza:* Preheat the OTG to 200°C (400°F). Punch down the dough and shape it into a circle or rectangle. Place the dough on a greased baking tray or pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Add the egg bhurji mixture on top of the cheese.
STEP 4.4. *Bake and serve:* Bake the pizza in the preheated OTG for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and fresh basil. Slice and serve hot.
