Ingredients for Aloo veg grill sandwich Recipe

  • 2 nos bread slices
  • 1 nos Medium potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 nos small onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 nos Small Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 nos small capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 nos green chili finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 0.13 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • As required Salt to taste (use Aashirvaad Namak)
  • As required Butter for spreading

Directions: Aloo Veg Grill Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix mashed potatoes onion tomato capsicum green chili red chili powder turmeric powder chaat masala and Aashirvaad Namak
  • STEP 2.Spread butter on bread slices and place the filling evenly between two slices
  • STEP 3.Heat a sandwich grill or tawa and toast the sandwich from both sides till golden and crisp
  • STEP 4.Cut into halves and serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup
