Ingredients for Tandoori prawns Recipe

  • 62.50 g Prawns cleaned and deveined
  • 1/2 tbsp thick curd
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tbsp mustard oil
  • As required Salt to taste (use Aashirvaad Namak)
  • As required Butter for brushing

Directions: Tandoori Prawns Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add curd lemon juice ginger garlic paste red chili powder turmeric powder
  • STEP 2.coriander powder garam masala mustard oil and Aashirvaad Namak Mix well to form a smooth marinade
  • STEP 3.Add the prawns and coat them evenly Keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes Preheat oven or tandoor
  • STEP 4.Grill the prawns for 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until cooked and slightly charred Brush with butter and
