Ingredients for Bhindi raita Recipe

  • 1 cups Curd (dahi) (whisked smooth)
  • 100 g Bhindi (okra) cut into round-long slices
  • As required Haldi powder ¼ tsp
  • As required Aashirvaad Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil (for frying bhindi)
  • As required For Tadka:
  • As required Aashirvaad Rai (mustard seeds) ½ tsp
  • 1/2 nos Dry red chili
  • As required Haldi powder pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Oil

Directions: Bhindi Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan fry bhindi pieces on medium flame till lightly crisp
  • STEP 2.take out and cool Whisk curd with Aashirvaad Salt in a bowl add fried bhindi
  • STEP 3.In a small pan heat 1 tsp oil add Aashirvaad Rai, dry red chili and a pinch of haldi let it splutter
  • STEP 4.Pour this tadka over bhindi-curd mix gently and serve
