STEP 1.Wash and pressure cook Aashirvaad Toor Dal with turmeric, Aashirvaad Salt and water till soft
STEP 2.Mash lightly
STEP 3.Heat ghee in small pan add Aashirvaad Rai let it splutter
STEP 4.Pour this tempering over cooked dal mix well Simmer 2 minutes and switch off
STEP 5.serve hot with boiled rice.
