This spicy and rich Boti Curry is a traditional style mutton offal curry slow-cooked in spices and finished with Aashirvaad Shahi Garam Masala for a deep royal flavor
125 g Mutton boti (intestines & liver mix) cleaned well
3/4 nos Onion medium finely sliced
1/2 nos Tomato medium chopped
1/2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1/2 nos Green chili slit
As required Turmeric powder ½ tsp
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp Aashirvaad Shahi Garam Masala
As required Aashirvaad Salt as per taste
3/4 tbsp mustard oil (or regular oil)
1.25 cups Water –
As required Fresh coriander leaves handful chopped
Directions: Boti Curry Recipe
STEP 1.Heat mustard oil in a cooker till smoking point then cool slightly Add onions sauté till golden
STEP 2.then add ginger-garlic paste fry till raw smell goes Add tomatoes cook till soft then add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and Aashirvaad Shahi Garam Masala stir well
STEP 3.Add cleaned boti pieces sauté 6–7 minutes till they release oil Add Aashirvaad Salt and water mix and pressure cook for 4–5 whistles till tender
STEP 4.Open lid simmer on low flame for 5 minutes till gravy thickens Garnish with coriander leaves
