Ingredients for Kheer Recipe

  • 5 cup Rice ¼(washed and soaked minutes)
  • 1/4 litre full cream milk
  • As required Sugar ½ cup (adjust taste)
  • As required Aashirvaad Cardamom Powder ½ tsp

Directions: Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk in a heavy pan add soaked rice and cook on low flame stirring occasionally
  • STEP 2.till rice turns soft and milk thickens
  • STEP 3.Add sugar stir till dissolved finally mix in Aashirvaad Cardamom Powder simmer 2 minutes and switch off
  • STEP 4.Serve hot or chilled as per choice
